This 1970’s property was acquired and our client had a vision of a complete overhaul to the interior and exterior building.

The 4 bedroom property was awarded to Builtec as a Design and Build contract, and we worked alongside the client every step of the way to create an award-winning five bedroom property, which the Leamington Society awarded a title in recognition of the significant contribution made to the quality of Royal Leamington Spa. Our client was very pleased with the outcome and recognition by the local authority.
